Mr Michael Murray's office has just informed us that the State of Ohio will not be enforcing rule 52 until at least Nov 1, 2009. In addition Mr Murray's office has filed another motion in Federal Court this morning, asking for an injunction that would give us protection while the case is being heard. It should be quite apparent at this time that both the legal motions filed and the negotiations with the Ohio State Attorney General by Mr Murray are what allow us to continue with our business. In view of all these latest developments it would be in our best interest to hold another OSA meeting as soon as possible. I will email/phone with the time and place. This turned out to be a good day.
